I replaced my spark plugs and wires today with bosch platinum 2 prongs and taylor 8mm wires.
First off, im told i dont need to gap the plugs, is this correct?
Second, some wires on the passenger side are arcing together. How do i fix that?
Last, the coil seems to have an arc all around it. Is this normal?
One more thing, i may have mixed up a wire or two. does this matter?
any help is appreciated. thank you

First off YES it does matter if the wires are hooked up wrong!!!!!

Wire routing is critical, and should be neat and parallel as much as possible. Be sure they do not come in contact with anything hot.
Second, there should NEVER I say NEVER be any sparks visible at any time. That also needs to be repaired. Look at the wires where there was arcing. You will see a black spot where the arc occured. This is called carbon tracking. It is now a weak spot that when near a conductor, will allow current to flow from that spot easier than through the conductor itself. The only way to repair it correctly is to replace it. You could put a sleeve on it or you could rotate it so it is not near anything but these are cheesy fixes.
Third, you have too many unknowns in the equation, while your trouble shooting one problem, eliminate as many causes as you can then proceed to change things one at a time. Take out the Bosch plugs and put in any conventional plug you want. When you get the problem repaired and it is running fine, then put the Bosch plugs back in. That way if they create a problem, you know it's from them and not other things you did at the same time.
BTW what does PUNKILLR mean anyway?
