Bad ECM?

I just got my new ECM in. And my car still runs like crap. I have no idea what's wrong with it. I went to get it scanned. And I got..."Vehicle is not responding". I put the old Promm in the new computer. Could this be the problem? Do I need to get another ECM? And would a bad ECM account for the vehicle running rough and idling rough?

Following Parts Replaced.
ECM
O2 Sensors
Plugs
Fuel Filter
Distributor.

Still no change.
I need help... Please.

Are you using the stock prom or an aftermarket chip? Also, how did your plug wires look?

I have no idea. They prolly need replaced though. But the whole "Vehicle not responding" is really making me wonder.

Could be a bad ALDL port. I'm betting on an aftermarket chip that's going bad if you've already replaced the ECM. You should be able to go to a dealer with your VIN and order a replacement stock chip.

I put the stock chip in the new ECM. I haven't checked my plug wires. They're prolly in bad shape. They've never been changed.
