Bad dealings with DMH Performance

I don't really know where to post this, so I fiigure I'll just post it here. Anyways, I ordered a DMH cutout from a GP that was running a few months ago. I recieved my cutout pretty late, but I fully understood since it was X-mas season. Well when I finally got the cutout (over 2 weeks ago) and connected it, I found out that the wires on the supplied switch were disconnected. I emailed Dave and asked him what I should do and he said he would send me out a new connector. Well its been over 2 weeks since and I have not even recieved a reply from him. This is surprising to me becuase everyone raves about his customer service, yet he can't even reply to my emails?

Anyways, I guess I'm stuck so if anyone has a dmh cutout and can take a picture of the back of the connector I would appreciate it then I'll just make my own switch.

I'm so dissapointed with his service that I would rather just fix the switch myself if someone can get me a picture and move on. Otherwise I'll have to give him a call, does anyone know if he has a number listed where he can be reached?

I've sent him 3 separate emails over the span of 2 1/2 weeks, and not one response. Maybe since he's go great to you then you can email him for me and tell him to reply to me

Well today I come home and what do I see on my doorstep but a new switch from dmh. Turns out he sent the package, but he never notified me. I just wish he had responded to my emails so I would at least know that he acknowledged my request so I wouldn't have to come here and rant. Anyways, although it took some time, I'm very happy that the problem was solved and still give out recommendations to dmh whenever people ask me about my cutout.
