Bad crankseal

Bad crankseal
I have a bad crankseal but here's my question. I have a 93 Z28 but the opti and cam hav been upgraded. I'm not sure what size cam it is but in the upgrade is it common to change the timimg cover. I need to replace the crankseal and I'm not sure is the seals are different from year to year
