Backfiring <2000 rpm's when I give it throttle after cam install

I am just starting a new thread to get myself organized with the stuff I have done to try to fix this. After cam/heads/headers the car backfires at low rpms when I drive it. My brothers stock Camaro definetely has more power than mine does as well which is really emberessing. I can drive it if I just keep the rpm's above 2000 at all times or else it will backfire.

-NEW opti
-NEW o2 sensors
-NEW o2 sensor extendors
-NEW Y pipe
-NEW timing chain
-NEW 106 Autolite Plugs
-NEW Over the valve cover wires
-NOT the tune, loaded stock one and same thing
-Adjusted the rockers numerous times, car running and car not running as well as different methods
-NEW Valve springs, retainers, locks, pushrods and valve job

PCM is delivering twice the amount of fuel on the right side of the engine than it is the left. 108 blms on the left, 160 blms on the right.

I am by no means an expert, but just looking at your problem it looks like an O2 problem,What kind of sensors did you use?

new o2 sensors like mentioned above, it also has the same problem in open loop meaning that the o2 sensors havent heated up yet and are ignored. I used GM replacements...

Tried the starter fluid and nothing, Don't think there are any exhaust leaks. Remember than it does it in open loop and o2 sensors arent used in open loop...

How many turns did you go when setting the valves? Did you try setting the valve lash again?

I first adjusted it with the 8 valves at once in two crank positions. Somone suggested trying to 90 degree top dead center adjustment to the valve thats TDC. (used 1/2 turn for both) Then finally just to make sure they were adjusted I did the adjustment with the engine running and 1/4 turn.

Cool

My car did the same thing until I realized that the timing marks for the crank/cam gears were not lined up. I was throwing the timing off about 20 degrees Backfire only on the drivers side...
