Back firing???

ok ive done some searching but don't know exactly what the problems is. Randomly my car will idel at 2 k for a few seconds after i push the clutch in then it will return to normal. it also has a small back fire on deceleration all the time warm or cold . Also if i leave the car idel for a while sometimes it with throw a code ( Random cylinder misfire). The car also has what sounds like a loud exhaust leak on the drivers side which goes away after the car worms up. I think i have a few things going on here but has anyone's car ever done this?? I checked the plugs the seam tight. Sugestions ???
