What is the average gas mileage on a good running LT1? Mine has never been in good shape since I bought it because one thing breaks after the next. Right now it's a right oxygen sensor. Anyway if you guys can give a number for auto and stick, stock and modified, that would be great. Just trying to figure out what I'm looking at when I get this engine fixed.

 

101,xxx miles and i average 18-19 mpg (mostly highway) stock cept for the the sig

 

I've only had my car for 6 weeks, all my driving so far is short stop and go trips, i would say 14mpg. But i am kinda heavy on the foot!

Myn has 143k, with just a magnofluw muffler, and CAI. With a very heavy foot, on a mixture of highway and street, I get 17-19mpg on a tank.

If you drove it like a grandma you could prolly squeeze out 20mpg a tank.

 

I'm hitting around 17-20 in the city.

14-15MPG City... Don't get on the highway much, but I did get 22 once on the highway.

 

It takes half a tank to get to the gas station and half a tank to get home

 

I have over 78k on mine now, and have tracked the milage since mile zero. I've averaged 21.5 mpg over the LIFE of the car. Strictly city driving, I'll get 18-19 mpg. All highway, about 27 mpg. I've seen a low of 16 mpg, and a high of 31 mpg. All #'s are full tank fill ups. I don't drive slow by any means. I like to have fun with the car. I don't baby it at all, but I don't mash the peddle from every light either.

117k miles and I usually average about 16-18mpg with mostly city driving. Highway ive seen up to 27mpg once, but usually more around 25mpg for strictly highway.

 

When my car was more stockish, i would get around 20-21 mpg hwy/city mix. Now with the mods in the sig, i get around 17.5 hwy/city mix. Definitely not bad.

28-30mpg on trips to KC from Detroit, this is just all cruisin at 75 mph and only stopping at roadside gas stations and food.

i get about 19 mpg with a combined driving when im on a hwy trip i get 29.5 i could never hit 30

 

i was getting close to 20mpg all city driving

But somethings wrong with my car and im getting about 11 now and its pissing me off
