Well I put in brand new NGK sparks plugs, a new ICM and new coils and it still is doing the same thing so I think it has to be the delteq brain. Anyone have a wire schematic or know where I can get one for the brain? I was going to take the circuit board out of the housing and have a guy at work take a look at it who has experience with making his own circuit boards so maybe he'll be able to tell if something is going on when it gets warm. Don't know what else to check.

What did your fuel trims end up being after you went and drove it for a while?

I didnt drive it, I let it sit in the garage and get to operating temp and it started doing it again so I wasn't about to drive it and risk breaking a mount or something cos the engine shakes so bad when it's misfiring. I don't know what the fuel trims were as I don't have anything to check them. On another note, I have an infrared temp gun and when I pointed it at different header tubes some would be 100 degrees or so above the others (seemed cylinders 1 and 2 were almost 400 and something degrees while the rest were in the 300 range) does that indicate a fuel problem or is that caused by the misfire? thanks

Like I said previously. Letting it warm up in the garage will not be enough to help out your fuel trims. You have to go out and drive it to see if they will change and fix the problem.

Why would driving it make it all of the sudden not misfire from 1500-2000 RPM's? What makes you think it's my fuel trims?
