Unhappy ATI super Damper Install question

I have the ATI damper and hub assembly. It comes wiith 2 washers. One looks like it is used to hold the hub to the crank but I'm unsure about the other washer that has the key way. I don't have any directions so I need your help. Where does the Keyed washer go?

It's most likely a spacer to take up the space where the reluctor ring is, in the '96-7 cars. So if you have a '96-7, you don't need the ring, but if you have an earlier LT1, you need to put it on the crank behind the hub. I've never done that - I'm not sure exactly how it goes and stays on.

Yes, but I haven't used it myself. The instructions on my Fluidampr say to "use it behind the hub". So basically it sounds like it'll just space the hub out 0.093"

James,
It is sandwiched between the timing gear and the hub, and as mentioned, isn't used in an OBDII application. You can put a little vaseline on one side of it, and push it back against the timing gear with a small screwdriver. The vaseline between the gear and the washer will hold it in place while you install the dampner.

Man, I figured you'd be out burnin' up the road by now....
