Is there any way I can disable my popup lights, so that they dont come up for no reason when the light switch is at park lights???

So like the newer TAs... its really annoying when i want just my fog lights on, but the popups come on without being lit... also puts a wear on the gears when i lock/unlock the car since they come up and down...

so is there?

 

Have u ever had problems with the headlights? cuz mine usta do that until i replaced my headlight gears with brass ones....just a thought...now i drive with just the parkin lights just fine

 

i have never had this problem. i can turn my parking lights on and have the fogs lights on without the headlights being pop up.

 

Mine do the same on the T/A, it's a sign that your gears have stripped on of your headlight motors. Are you hearing any noise when the headlight go up or down?
