Anyones Jethot Lts rubbing k member
What condition are your motor mounts in? May want to take a look, to see if your motor is sagging a bit. Do you have an aftermarket trans mount? I don't have Jet Hots but I know installing headers and changing plugs SUCKS, so I'm thinking of getting a tubular k-member.
Good luck,

Yep, I did about a year ago with my Hooker LT's and everyone told me I was nuts. I had replaced both motor mounts during the install FWIW.
Anyways I ended up grinding down the offending portion of the K-member to make it clear. Not very elegant but as you said, there's not much else you can do.

Just curious if you know something more that I don't.
In reguards to the hedders rubbing. I spaced the motormount away form the kmember using shims and locktited the bolts back in place. It's been like that for the last 2 1/2 years and I have had no issues with it since.

Super ta that is my exact prob only at idle. Because thats when you get the most vibration and the engine doesnt twist. Its a PITA but Ill just end up grinding down k-member I guess. Damn those things were a b*&** to put in too. Well just the pass side cuz I have a t-56
Solid95: Check out this page, LJ had poly motor mounts that melted and caused his engine to lean to one side. I would think if this happened to both sides, the motor would sag.

The motor mounts are solid rubber sandwitched between metal. The rubber mashes down with age which allows the motor to "sag". Also, if your K-member is bent, you should probably look at getting another member instead of attempting to bend your's back.
