Anyone using taylors with hooker LTs

Is anyone using 8mm taylor wires in the stock location with hooker LT's. I was going to go with OVC but didnt want to mess around with the cutting etc for 50.00 more...

I had it done that way for while, never burned a wire.

However, the taylors started cracking and some chunks start falling out of them no where near the primary tubes. I switched over to accel 300+ and still no probs.

All im saying is yes you can route them that way, but i suggest against the taylors.

I was using Taylor wires and running them through their stock locations and had no problems burning wires. IMO I would not waste my money with OVC wires. I feel it you route your wires correctly you will not burn them.

I really didn't see a problem with stock location but i went ovc cause it looked better and cleaner. also spend the extra money for the heat boots. i haven't burnt a wire since.

What I did on the driver's side was I used the LONGEST wire to actually go to the 2nd last cylinder from the back. I routed it along the wheel well and zip tied it to some cables there before it went in straight to its sparkplug.

Not underneath the headers like the normal route.
