anyone running this cam

its a crane cam power max 2050
218/218 .498/.498 116 lsa
is it a good cam or what any info would help

sounds like a nice turbo cam! should be a nice sleeper cam for stock heads.

Pretty small, I have the 224/230 and I think that's pretty small still. Go with the CC305 or hotcam at least.

That cam is too small. At least get the hotcam or cc305.

too small for what? we dont know what he intends to do with it. it may be the perfect cam hes looking for. im sure it woudl make a great sleeper cam, no one would be able to hear it. should idle close to stock. and im willing to bet some money that it will make some nice power gains as well as have a very nice "area under the curve" the cc305 and lt4 hot cams are great cams as well, just depends on what hes lookign for.

True, could be perfect for him, but putting in a cam is a decent amount of work/time for such little gains. To each his own though.

personally i wouldnt mind this cam myself, would make a great turbo cam.

thanks for the info guys. also i was told this cam with the 1.6
rockers is almost like the lt4 hot cam just a sleeper. i dont know
just gonna give it a try. thanks oscar

For what its worth i feel one of the best cams i have had in my car was the LPE 211/219@.050 and .533/.560 lift with 1.6 RR.. I haven't sprayed the new cam so we will see .. Just my thoughts
