I have a 93 formula and wondered if taking off the bumper support is really saving enough weight to make it worth the trouble of taking it off?
Is there any drawbacks other than it being a bad thing if you got into a front end accidect?

 

my friend did it. he said anyything up front is worth almost double the weight...

and on my car the back support isnt there

 

I did it, took out the washer fluid resevoir too.
Its easy to do, drilling the rivets out of the honeycomb is the hard part.

I don,t reccomend you do this on a daily driver though.
