The little tube that's burnt into?
Driver's side, obviously. I thought it was a wire, but I skinned it back some and it looks more like a hollow tube.

After I looked at it for a while, I kinda though that's what it was, but the best I remember, my windshield washer worked pretty good last time I drove it. I guess it wasn't up to it's potential!
