Anyone know this guy?
Anyone know this guy?
I purchased a 52mm TB from this guy over 2 weeks ago. Actually I sent mine in to have it bored out and I havent heard back from him. I have emailed him countless times with no reply. He is starting to **** me off. I mean you would think he could at least email me back and let me know what is going on. There is no phone number listed. Has anyone bought anything from him? Thanks.

Opps his ebay name is lowguy. His real name is Jon Bishop. http://65.54.244.250/cgi-bin/linkrd?...aEOAB%3aMT%3a6
Ok that one didnt work. Try this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW
How long does it take to convert a TB? If you shipped 2 weeks ago, he probably got it almost a week later (depending on location & transit time, usually no movement on Sat/Sun). Looking at his Ebay feedback (100%, over 100 feedbacks), I would say he is not screwing people. Ebay does not have a contact # for him? If you contact them reference a transaction you are involved in, they will always give you contact info for the seller/buyer (it could be incomplete or false, if so, I would advise Ebay) so you can resolve the problem.
I agree that the lack of communication is frustrating. I think if people are too busy to at least email you once (after they have been paid), then they are taking on too much work or too many customers. I recently sold a set of headers & a radiator here and emailed tracking numbers the same day I shipped, which was also the same day I was paid. I even got a tech question on the headers several days after the sale, which I answered the same day.
I experienced this same problem on Ebay with a PA Racing K member, it was about a month to receive it after I paid. The seller made a shipping error that delayed receipt.

Yah it probably takes awhile for him to do all the work to it. I just wish he would let me know what is going on though. Or at least know if he even received the Throttle Body so I can figure out if it was lost in the mail or something. Maybe I can find a way to look up his number or something.
