I have a leak in the bi-level actuator. I have taken out everything I can figure out how to. The shop manual is in-correct in getting to the actuator. It is located behind a black plastic cover (curved in shape) behind the glove box. The screws for this cover seem to be covered up by the dash board frame. Of which I can't seem to get out of the way. I think this valve is located near the heater core. Any help and I mean ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Please
