Anyone with Ed Wright Stage 2 Fastchip on 1993 LT1?

I just installed the stage fastchip and the check engine light blinked once like the installation instructions said it would do when you turn the key on. The car started up fine but the revs were jumping at idle. They would jump 100-150 rpms. I was wondering is that normal? I thought it wasn't and figured I'd put my stock chip back in and disconnect it from the chip adaptor. I pull out to get gas and everything was fine as a I drove a couple of blocks. I pressed on the brakes to brake for a red light and my revs would not come down, they stayed at 2000RPM. I struggled to get the car to a stop. I put in neutral and turned the engine off immediately. I tried starting up the car again. It started up fine but the revs would automatically jump up to the rev limiter as if my throttle was buried. Could that be due to the reason I was temporing with the ECM and the chip? Somehow I doubt that. I got the car towed t oa shop and they are gonna look at it tomorrow morning. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.
