hey guys, i won this auction on ebay and was just wondering if anyone else has bought from these guys. i havent heard a thing from them and its been over a week and just wondering if anyone else has delt with this guys


neweraperformanceparts is the name of the seller, sells mainly headers and other exhaust parts. just let me know if you have and wether or not they communicated well or not and how long it took to get their products? thanks alot and please respond if you have.

They are pretty good guys and I never had a problem with them. You should just give them a call... I think they are sponsers here if I remember correctly.

thanks alot bud, i called them earlier today, i actually found the number lol. and no one answered. but do you remember how long it took you to get your stuff? where are you located at aswell?

 

ive ordered a few things from them, never had a problem. it took about 4-5 days for shipping. I live in michigan.

 

i bought pacesetter headers from them, took me 1 1/2 months to recieve them, kinda ****ty if u ask me.

lol! well thanks alot bud, i would apprecaite it. however they did just send me an email, but i have to re send them all my info and what not. i dont know for a company, they dont really seem to have their **** together?!?

 

They are about 5 minutes from me, you can definitly trust them.

 

yea its not that i think they are gonna scam me or anything like that... just you know i send instant payment and everything and write them like 5 emails and 1 phone call and it took them a week to get back to me. just not likeing how i'm bein treated thats all. but i am gonna call them tomorrow morning and try and settle this whole thing.

 

DO NOT BUY HEADERS FROM NEW ERA PERFORMANCE! IT WILL TAKE WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS TO GET THEM!

Customer service sucks. They had me calling Pacesetter myself because they didn't know where my headers were.

I bought headers from them trying to save a couple bucks and it took over a month to get the headers which had warped flanges. Now it's month 3 and I still don't have the replacement headers.

Call Jegs or even better, get a different brand.

 

well they were actually on the way when i started freakin out, and it only took a week and a half. i was very happy with the product, but their communication was not that great

 

What kind of headers did you get?
