Thumbs down Anyone?

i have a code p1441 what could i look for??? i put the gas cap on tight...so thats solved...now...what about the purge sol. ?? come on guys help me out....plus would this evap purge sol. give the car a hesitation??

the car has nuts but off the line it takes a sec for it to think about what it has to do

I think 1441 is flow during non-purge. It could be the purge solenoid, a leak in the line from the evap canister, or like in my case, a crack in the evap canister. It could make it stumble a bit if there is a lot of extra air getting into the throttle body when its not supposed to(I guess). I just took all the evap stuff off from underneath the hood last weekend. I want to clean up the engine compartment as much as possible.....

Check the lines going to the cannister in the drivers wheelwell(behind the black plastic cover) because the are prone to rotting and coming apart.

yeah!

yeah i was looking on the gm eds program we have at work...ill check those lines tonite! thanx everyone...keep the imputs coming though i wanna check more out before i go hom...and....would this give the car hesitation??

There is also a connection for the evap around the middle of the car, in addition to the lines back by the canister.
