Any websites for pulling motor from top?

Doing rebuild this winter. I would like to find a website for pulling motor from top. I have found 3 that go from the bottom. Anyone have one for me?

not really a site, but be prepared to disconnect evrything, and wiggle the heck out of the motor on the way up. Get one of those screw type adjusters to go on your hoist as well

Re: Any websites for pulling motor from top?

Depending on what you remove, it sure makes it easier to pull forward and turn it while lifting...but that's the least of your worries. Taking all the stuff off (and putting it back on later!) is the time consuming part. The actual pull goes pretty fast and is self-explanatory as you go to lift. We usually yank everything except the heads and intake.

Having done several from the top, and the most recent (mine!) from the bottom for the first time, I plan to do them all from the bottom from now on. It's so much easier to have the entire thing ready to just pull up into the engine bay complete with headers/plugs/wires/all accessories...VERY nice.

If you're going from the top, the Happy Hooker is awesome and worth every penny!
