Any way to repair electric cutout? Help please.

Hi guys. I have a QTEC electric cutout, and it's been on the car since June. It always had a minor leak when closed. I e-mailed QTEC several times but they never replied so I said oh well. I have a Hooker cat-back on the way so I'm ditching this setup. Is there any way I can repair it so that I can sell it? It appears to be leaking from the side, there's a tiny hole that doesnt get sealed all the way. Red RTV silicone worked, but after it got coated up with carbon, it just started leaking again. Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Matt
