Any suggestions

Have been throwing P0300 code. I spent $400 getting new plug wires put on it and didnt fix it. Well comes to find out the guy that had the car before put a cam in it but didnt bother to get the PCM tuned. Now i have no idea what size cam is in there to get it tuned. Is there anyway to find out what size cam is in the car. I have spent almost a thousand dollars on this car and am just ready to get the missfire gone. so i can get it inspected and sold. I dont have enough money to keep this thing running. What am i suppose to do

Unfortunately you might have to take it out to see how extreme the grind is. I can't think of how else you can find out. Maybe lt1 edit can give you that info but I have never worked with it let alone even seen anybody mess with it.
