Any problems with D&D's customer service?
I called them up to order a steel shift fork and to troubleshoot a problem. I am spending lots of money here and there and saving where I can so I was basically just trying to fix my current problem. So I was asking questions trying to figure out what I needed and getting only that. If it needs a rebuild later, then fine. I called long distance and was put on hold 3 times. That didn't bother me but out of nowhere, the guy says "Can we wrap this up?" after hurriedly answering all of my questions.
It made me feel like, since I wasn't buying a whole tranny or some high dollar piece, I didn't compare with those types of people. Well I went ahead and bought the stuff I needed because I am not sure of any other place that sells it, plus I need it now.
Maybe it was a one time thing but I don't think so.
