any one heard of these guys?

I am looking for a torque converter and don't want to spend a fortune. After some research on the internet I found a place called west coast converters. I was wondering if any one has heard of them or better yet if anyone is (or has) used one of there converters? They will be building a custom torque converter for me if I go with them, it will be a 10" (9 5/8's) is what he said. It will have a stall of 3200 which was my choice. I went to the drivetrain section on the board here but noone responded and I really need to get a torque converter ordered QUICK!! So sorry for posting in wrong section, I was just hoping someone who was reading in here would have some info. Thanks in advance. Oh, also it is costing 400+ shipping.

I don't think you should use a no name company. You don't know how well they stand behind there products. Just go with B&M or TCI and save all the worrying if something happens to it.

yeah I thought that too, I asked him about the warranty and he said it had a 1 year warranty. He said if it went bad HE paid shipping and everything............sounds almost to good to be true. My main concern is the performance of their products to tell the truth. Thanks for the reply.
