i would think a 355 LT4 w/ a cc306, some 4.10s, bolt ons, and correct suspension with some drag radials would be high 11's....

with a larger cam i don't think it would be too hard, its done with lt1's so i would think it is easier with a lt4... throw a gm847 or maybe a custom grind, hell my 200k stock motor with a cc306 traps 114, its gears away from 11's

Stopped making power at 5600 on dyno w/ 6400 shift points? Still wont go get near 11's on motor..

you kidding right? is the graph smooth on the dyno? in other words i am looking for a spark issue , to see if thats why it won't pull past 5600. it should run way better than that. less weight on the car as well. i belive you got either a tuning issue or spark issue. post the dyno graph if you can or log some runs with some software and post it up. see if someone on here can spot the problem for ya.

Considering the stock bolt-on record for an LT1 is an 11.80.

I'm pretty sure with the right ammount of time and effort, along with the correct combination of complementing parts, there is no reason why a 355 LTX won't make it into the 11s.

well it should, haha, get the bugs worked out and high 11's will be no problem, a little higher stall might help though

I hit 11.8s on my initial runs having to short shift because of a high end miss above 5000 rpms and that was on my ported lt1 heads and a stock lt1 intake in full street trim(went a best of 10.9 with the same exact setup but with alot of tweaking). I would think any descent built 355 would go into the 11s pretty easy. Clint has gone 11.2s or 11.3s with a 355 and a 306 cam with trick flow heads I beleive. With lt4 heads it should be a cake walk to go 11s unless it is just a very poorly setup car. ya'll need to try harder or something.

Its looks like you have all the parts needed...but the car should pull well past 5600 with a 306 cam. i would bet it won't make peak power until 6200ish. Whats your 60'?

I have seen videos of more then one person sneaking into the high 11's with a cam only (and boltons of course) setup.

A lot of it is in the suspension, tire setup, and of course the driving.

there is something wrong with ya'lls cars if you can't get an lt4 with a 22x duration or better into the 11's. my 355 lt4 vette with a baby 213/219 @.050 with .492/.502 on a 112 with 1.6 rockers pulls without looking back to 7000 rpm's. i think the only thing keeping me from a low low 12 is IRS, my not so great tires and a clutch that is worth a crap.
