WHich antifreeze does my 95 z28 take? It was low when I got it so I added the green stuff. My 95 Impala has the green stuff. I seem to remember the dex cool giving people problems and thought it was used only in 96 and newer. Thanks

 

I use the prestone any make stuff. 2 gallons of prestone, 2 gallons of water.

 

You can use either one without problems, just don't mix the two types.

 

95 f-bodies came with either type coolant. There is a label under the hood that says which it came from the factory with (and a look under the radiator cap will confirm). Anyway, you can use the universal coolant they have nowadays.
