Another what mod next post :)

Mods are in sig...
Debating what to do next, keep in mind i have a drivability issue at part throttle on the hwy that ive been tracking down for years Narrowed it down to injectors or maf (or O2's but already have those).

I've been debating a higher stall converter but that costs more $$ than the other options which are:

Subframe connectors
New shocks/springs.
Injectors (32# deal on the board via racetronix)
Maf (stock/z06/Grantelli??)

I prefer to just do these one at a time, don't really have wads of cash to throw away. Any suggestions in helping me decide?

Subframe connectors should have came stock with these cars, this is one of the best mods I've done.
If your shocks and springs are fine then there's no need to change them, same goes for your injectors and maf, both can support 400 hp easy.
If you want to go fast in the 1/4 then get a st of gears a stall and sticky tires.

Get the subframes first.

I really do want to get the drivability thing fixed first. So I'm leaning towards the injectors since that seems like the next likely "guess". I'm not one of those people that can leave their car in anything less than perfect condition... so the hesitation i get is big on the list of getting done.

I'm kind of confused about the subframes on Verts. (Sorry should have made that clear in my first post). I know they come with some bended sheet metal (which comes real close to the clamp on my magnaflow exhaust). But do they come with subframe connectors? I've never been able to compare the underside of my car with any other Z, so I don't really know whats different. To me it look stock but I'm not 100% sure what a subframe connector would look like uner there...

Get the SLP bolt on subframes you'll be getting a deal. They make the car feel a ton better. The MAF is a waste IMO

well what's the drivability issue??? Figure that out first. Than as a Convertible you have subframes from the factory, but there are offerings for aftermarket ones in addition to those. Then go into suspension stuff.

Re: Another what mod next post :)

The drivability issue has been ongoing for years and i've almost replaced everything on the car now. http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=241524 gives an update on whats going on near the end. User 107 has a similar problem. Still no fix :/
Opti, coil, wires, TPS, O2's, fuel pump, and much more has been replaced.
Around 1500-2500 rpm on the highwy, while accellerating lightly the car seems to have a flutter/dead spot until you press the throttle down to 20-30% then it just catches and goes on its merry way. Car runs fantastic now outside of that one situation. No codes, and have looked at the log files.

I'm trying to decide if I should shovel more money into "fixing" this by guessing at the MAF or Injectors, or if I should just focus on other mods. MAF and Injectors are just real expensive to "fix" so I'm considering throwing in the towel...
