I went out to my car this morning to come to work, but when I turned the key I got one click and then nothing. Then my lights in my car proceed to freak out and are blinking like hell. Then sometimes I would get nothing at all, lights wouldn't work, wouldn't click, nothing. I come to work and thought maybe it's the VATS, and got my mom to start it in neutral (A4) and it fired up. So I got her to try it in park again, nothing. Got her to try it in neutral again just to be sure, it fired for a second then cut off and she said the lights were freaking out again. What could the problem be? It's a 95 OBD1 Z28 A4.

 

Nevermind, I feel like an idiot now. Dad had more time to look things over before I got home, he gets home before I do. My battery cable was hooked up crooked so it had worked it's way back out so it was barely making a connection. Sorry people!
