i have never done an opti before and just pulled mine off, only took an hour. my question is does anyone know of a good way to put it on without it spinning and not lining up right? i have heard of a lot of people doing it wrong so i just dont want to be one of them.

You can make a mark on the outside edge of the drive hub (ex. 12 o'clock or such), so you can watch it from above as you slide it on.

Ok I just never have done it. It was getting dark when I took it off and could not see the dile and all. I'll do that and maybe in the light it will be clear to me thanks.

FWIW as long as the dowel pin engages in the correct clover on the opti drive it can't be "out of time."

There are 3 positions on the opti and the pin looks like it would fit in any I'm just trying not to put it in the wrong spot
