Red face another cutout ?

I've just ordered a flowtech cutout. Since i'm running the stock catback and have the cutout open at the track. would i be optimistic in saying that i could gain close to 2mph since the catback is kinda holding me back? my best mph is like 101 or 102.

With your mods I think 2 MPH is realistic. I gained 1.5 MPH in the 1/8th mile with a cutout over my old Flowmaster catback.

Cutout? Hmmm...Never had one. I wonder if one will help my 12.38 @ 111.9 MPH. I'm running that through a Flowmaster "cat-back", and MAC mid lengths.

I added a cut out to my stock cat back and went from trapping 101 to 103.

12SCNDZ - Yes a cut out will help you pick up some hp also.

Hey, real quick question!

I'm about to order a Quicktime electric Flowtech cutout package...Electric unit with cutout flange.

So my question:
Is my stock pipe that that is along side my drive shaft able to take that 3" cutout?

Thanks...

Yes, you will need a 3" cut out with your stock cat back.
