ok, so this morning i went and got a new plug for the knock sensor, put it in and everything hoping this would fix the way my car pulled timing so terribly. it did, i think, but my car is rediculously slow. i really have a hard time in traffic with the thing, it just won't go. i don't know what it is. i ahve a new opti, new spark plugs and wires, new valve springs (lt4), the hotcam, a couple other things. only thing i can think of is maybe the rockers, the valve train is noisy but the car starts up just fine. i don't know
