do i want a cc305 or a cc306 i want a mild cam not too loapy, for every day driver/street car, that wont suck too much gas. do i need a new timming chain, or lifters, etc, should i get valve springs tooo? need help asap, my car is apart, and need to know before i put stuff back together

Get an LT4 hot cam or one of the XE series ones. Maybe an XE 224/230

 

I like my cam; specs in my signature. It has a really nice chop at stock idle speed of 800rpm. On top of that, I get over 27mpg on the highway with a stock tune and 3.73 gears.
