another bolt size!

steering shaft bolt. the one that locks to steering shaft to the rack, its pinches down on the end of the steering shaft.

anybody know length (but more importantly) thread size/pitch?? thanks!!

Lightbulb suggestion

I don't know what the size or thread pitch is but if you have a tap and die set (and you probably should) you can take your fastener and match it up to the proper tap by lining up the threads or take a die and see if you can thread it onto your fastener. If it goes on no problem then you've found your bolt size and thread pitch. give it a shot. Good luck!!!

M10x1.5x39 for the intermediate shaft bolts.

What are you doing, building a car from scratch?

lol, it seems like it sometimes!

I do have a tap set, but its gonna be tough to get abolt in there.. let alone a tap.. (damn turbo is in the way

M10? i didn't think it was that large.. guess so.thanks!!!
