Analyze my freescan datalog please!

is the file. I recorded for a few minutes, got on it once or twice. The problem is that at WOT, sometimes my car almost chokes on fuel. It spits/sputtters/hesitates 5 or 10 times before 'catching' you might say and acting normal. Also, sometimes it idles high and at stoplights it revs on it's own sometimes. In contrast, sometimes at stoplights it drops to 400-600 rpm and almost stalls out.
1994 Z28 stock with hooker catback and e cutout. New plugs, wires, coil, and fuel filter. I'm thinking maybe an injector or fuel issue, and maybe the IAC? Anyone got any guesses from the data?
