Question Almost time for the install

Alright, I dont have any of the parts yet, but I plan on getting them all real soon. Im gonna be doing a header install. I plan on getting 94-95 MAC headers, coated from either JET-HOT if its possible, if not, then Ill just get them coated from a local company. Im gonna get rid of the cats and put a Dynomax bullet muffler in place of it. I plan on getting the Taylor OTVC kit. Im also going to be replacing my motor mounts with Energy Suspension Poly ones, seeing how my car has 96K on it and the mounts are original, im sure it could use it. I also want to remove the AIR and EGR, so what do I need to get for that stuff, and what are some sites that give a step by step on removing those? I also plan on getting 2 new front O2's. Is there anything that I am missing? Anything that I should also be getting at this same time? ANY and all help is greatly appreciated. THANKS!

This may help you out a bit: Personal opinions only

Felpro 1406 gaskets for the headers
Stage 8, breslin, arp header bolts
Perhaps 02 extentions ( not sure on MACS )
New Plugs
EGR block off plates

Chances are, you won't be able to use the Felpro 1406 gaskets, since the MACs use the outside bolt holes, and the Felpro hooks use the inside holes.

I personally believe that both the Stage 8 and Breslin bolts are unnecessary. I used ARP 1" 100-1109 bolts, and only needed to tighten them one time after they were installed, on BOTH of my header installs.

With my MACs, I didn't need to use O2 extensions, although I probably should have. I stretched the stock harness to its limits.

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the responses. And the reason im using a muffler is that I have a Borla, and I hear that it gets kinda raspy with no cat or muffler, so im going with the muffler. Ill eventually get a Electric Cut-Out, so it wont matter so much, but still. Anyways, yeah, I plan on getting a tune by Ion done.

Oh, and 2 other questions. Can you use a OTVC kit with Traction Control? And has ANYONE figured out how to get rid of the traction control and still retain ABS?

Also, what are the sizes of all the bolts that are needed to plug the AIR fittings on the headers?

Stage 8 and Breslins are overated. I've never had a problem with my ARP's, and I never have re-tightened them after any installs.
