Almost done, Help me troubleshoot!

Almost done my my V6 to V8 conversion (will post pictures and spec's at a later time). I have a few problems to troubleshoot before it's running.

1. The Drivers side steam bolt hole is possibly stripped at the beginning. I can't get the banjo bolt started. I think she mite need to be tapped, but def don't feel like popping the head off. Any suggestions? (P.S. New bolts/seals, passenger side is fine

2. LT-1 knock sensor goes near the starter motor, near the "327" on the block right? I think my machine shop plugged the hole with a freeze plug.

3. I don't have a map hookup (the green connector), someone cut the wires (junkyard) before I got the harness. Anyone have a picture of what the sequence of the 3 wires are in relation to the hookup? And where I can get the green connector? (shbox?) Other wise i am going to find an lt1 at the scrap yard and do it that way.

4. The vehicle has no fuel, I need to prime the oil pump. All the wires and plugs are connected. Is it okay to disconnect the coil wire and crank the motor to prime the pump?

5. The driveshaft yoke looks like it's not al the way into the transmission tailshaft by almost two inches, the car is level but has a donut on the rear passenger side. Is this normal? its a one piece alum 1le driveshaft found on z28s.

Thanks in advance for your help guys. It's been a little over a years worth of work, kinda nerve racking but I can't wait to turn the key. I will post an "after build" thread when she's done.
