are all slp level 2 or 1le sways....
32/21 front/rear?
or are they 32/19 front/rear
Everywhere I read the 1LE or SLP level 2's are 32/21, but the person I bought them off said 32/19 now he was unsure, and I wanted to go ahead and order front/rear poly bushings and endlinks but I dont want to order the wrong size....

Actually, it's both 
The 1LE package included a 21mm rear swaybar on some year models and a 19mm rear swaybar on other year models.
If you do a search, you could find out the exact year the change occured. For some reason, I'm thinking that '93 was the only year the 1LE package included a 21mm rear swaybar.
