Air pump system is blowing my fuse
Air pump system is blowing my fuse
My 97 Z28 overheated recently, I found that the fuse was blown to the cooling fan, and it keeps blowing just when I start the engine cold. I can see the AIR Pump uses the same fuse, so I'm tempted to remove the AIR relay, and run without the AIR system. Will that give me a problem? I'm not thinking about emissions, I'm thinking about drivability, longevity, power etc.
Thanks
Thanks

The metal line that runs under the timing cover can be a bit of trouble, so you might need to cut it in a few places to completely remove it.
Good luck!
