air pump and egr tricks

i need to pass inspection (OBDII) and i removed the airpump and the egr when i went to the hooker long tubes. i was using a 95 ecm so i had no need for the resistor trick. well i put the 96 ecm back in and with the resistors in place the car still won't trick the computer into thinking that the system is in place. in other words on the test it shows not ready. i am flunking 3 items on the emissions test , the egr,air pump and catalyst tests. any ideas on how to get them to pass with long tubes on?? without cutting the headers up in the process. as far as the catalyst test goes i drove up and down the interstate a few time (somewhere around 10 times) with the catalyst system still reading not ready. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Find someone crooked enough to sell you an inspection sticker. That's what I do!

Did you reset you PCM? You will need to do that to clear the cat code. I know you can get the EGR and Airpump programmed out of your computer through tuning, but I am not sure what the inspectors will say about it.

As far as I'm aware there's not way to do so on an obdII that will trick it when they scan it. Your either gonna have to swap the stock headers back in or get the inspection sticker.
