AI 200 CC heads vs TEA trickflows vs TEA LT1 castings

First off can the trickflows be used on a stock bottom end? I'm torn between what heads I choose, the AI heads definaly are putting down the #'s, and that thread with the TEA LT1 castings has me wondering now, expecially considering the price, but then I'm looking at the TEA trickflows. I want to do the heads/cam right hte first time, so what would be the best for a badass daily driver?

i know that the trickflow heads flow a little better than the stock heads but the AI 200 cc heads are way better than just bolting on a set of trickflow heads. depends what kind of package u are looking for.

Trickflows would need to be milled to hell and back to get decent compression. With them as cast and a .029 gasket you are looking at like 10:1 on a stock shortblock where with a good heads and cam NA setup you probably want a minimum 10.8 with 11+ being VERY probable.

I think I have a badass daily driver and it is probably a whole lot mellower than you are aiming for.

They can mill them down to 56cc combustion chambers, but I don't know what that would do to my intake manifold bolting up. I'll probably go with the AI 200CC heads since its a proven setup.
