Just because it's one plug doesn't mean it's not two switches.

Could be the switch, or the motor causing you to not be able to roll the window down.

I just finished my header install and fired mine up for the first time on Sunday too.. It's a glorious feeling!

Congrats!

bout damn time kiddo
so was it what you expected?
heat cycle it a couple times then go back and retighten your header bolts!
and keep an eye on your plug wires, to make sure they arent touching any of the primaries

LOL, my mom was visiting me just when I finished mine, and when I started the car (in my garage) she spilled all her sprite on the floor It sounds incredible!

I think you burned the motor. You can try the pass switch which should plug in the driver side (half of it at least) and that way you can rule out the switch.
Do you hear it trying to turn when you press up on the switch?

That happened to me after I replaced my driver side window motor. I think it's rolling down too far......if I hit the door panel a few times it works, but it hasn't happened in a few months.....I never put my window down all the way, I move it up about half an inch from bottom. Congrats on the headers install
