If you're NA, spend money elsewhere. It won't help you at all.

Won't work, unless you have a large ice chest in the trunk...

An air-ro-air aftercooler is used to cool the very hot (~180degF, depending on # of boost) air coming out of the supercharger. Compressing air heats it up. So, you can run the 180degF air through a "cooler" that is cooled by ambient (outside) air. On a 80degF outside temp day, you have 80degF air cooling down 180degF air.... But in an NA application, you are putting outside aire (80degF) into the intake system, and there is no way you can cool it down any lower with the same outside air.

If you chose an air-to-water aftercooler, you would circulate cold water from a reservoir filled with ice... and that would allow you to cool that 80degF outside air a little. But you would have the penalty of the pressure drop of the air passing through the cooler, and ther weight penalty of the ice/water tank, circulating pump, piping and cooler. You wouldn't gain much of anything.
