If you just "stuck the opti on", then it's very likely that's your problem. The back of the opti has 3 "slots". One of them has a mark above the slot; the drive pin on the cam shaft must mate to the slot with the mark above it, otherwise your timing will be off.

Here's a photo of the opti slot from Shoebox's site:

i just checked compression real quick on 1 cylinder so in the morning before i pull the opti im going to at least check 6 of 8 and if all hold compression has to be opti.when you say check position of rotor shouldnt i just pull opti and reinstall the right way and what do u mean u bet the seal is folded over??

You already did a compression test. So you said.

If you have fuel unquestionably and it's not evening trying to start, it is out of spark time. That coupled with the "i really dont remember i just stuck it on and tightened it up" factor and here's your sign.

The question is, is the fuel unquestionable. Pressure and pulses, maybe. Squirting fuel in the intake, unquestionable.

Put a cylinder on TDC and check the position of the rotor. Guaranteed it's not timed correctly. I'll bet the seal is folded over too.
