Question after airbags deployed and I put new ones in, what should I do

I put new airbags in my camaro. The car was in accident and both of my airbags deployed. Do I need to replace some sensor to make my airbag system funtional again? I have a 95 camaro with OBD1 computer.

Haha, my car has a rebuilt/salvage title, but I don't think the airbags ever deployed.

I'll ask my buddy who has rebuilt numerous LT1/LS1 F-bodies....

The DERM needs to be replaced...its under the consol...about 3x3" aluminum box with yellow and black sticker on it...think it's around $250. Without it, the airbag light on the dash willl stay on and the new bags will never go off.

Anyone knows how the DERM looks, and where exactly it's located. I have a new dash with all wiring laying around. I reused my od wiring, but I can always replace the DMR, if I knew how it looked. Maybe somebody has a picture of it

Just pull the console out just like multi car said. It is very obvious once the console is off.
