Aeromotive #1 in customer service

Hats off to Aeromotive.

I had a lt 1 stock style regulator the old all red small one that had been leaking so I replaced it with the newer black and red one. So now I have a old style leaking regulator email Aeromotive tell them about it and they send me an RGA number and 2 weeks later the UPS truck shows up with a brand new regulator.

Had to post this since this is the first time I have had a company completely stand behind there product. Have had a lot of parts fail this is the first time it wasn't at my expence.

Re: Aeromotive #1 in customer service

Aeromotive definitly has any future business of mine. Mark is a great guy to deal with as well. I e-mailed Mark about my old regulator, and he sent me an RGA # and an address to send it to. I overnited the regulator to him on Monday afternoon, and sent him an e-mail telling him I did, and to call me if he had any questions. 10 minutes after sending the e-mail, I get a call from him, I told him that he will have the old regulator by 10:30 am Tuesday. He told me that he would be out of the office the next few days, so he overnites me the new regulator right then and there, so I have it Tuesday! Thats outstanding customer service, and should be a benchmark for other aftermarket parts suppliers to follow.
