aerochamber vs. 80 series

ok im about to get a new muffler to replace the stock one but i really cant choose btw these two. i can get a flowmaster 80 series from ramchargers for $75, but i like the sound of the aerochamber a little more (it costs $80) is there any thing that sets these two apart like hp/tq gains, anybody got any sound clips ive never heard a 80 series revving only at idle. the hooker sounds damn good revving esp at wot, if the flowmaster doesnt sound as good as the aerochamber then i think ill pay a little more and get the hooker.

I had the flowmaster on my z. As far as the sound goes, I think they are the best sounding muffler out there. But they are one of the worst when it comes to performance. If it were me, I'd go Hooker all the way

Most people say Aerochamber offers more flow and better sound but I just installed an 80 series on my '97 Z28 and it sounds really good to me! It sounds deep and mean. Note: no cats on my car!

I haven't tried the Aerochamber but my Flowmaster is not bad at all. I can definitely feel the difference over my stock muffler.
