my z28 has 110K on the odometer and i was wondering when the valves really need adjusting? i figure with that many miles, they would have to be a little off. there is a little ticking from up there but i can't prove its the valves.

 

If anything your vavle springs might be weak, esp after 100k miles. Maybe throw in some LT4 springs with some roller rockers, gain back a few ponies, and add a few from the rockers.

 

well i am planning a rebuild with all new springs and rockers but i was just wondering if the lash should be adjusted until i get this rebuild. i may not get this rebuild for a year or so.
