Adjusting LCA's???
I know this is not directly related to the 'engine' but this seems like the only forum where you can get a quick response, besides i guess i can argue that any part of our car is directly related to the engine 
Anyway....I am about to install a brand new set of BMR adjustable lower control arms but i dont have any instructions with them. When i install them, what do i need to go by when tightening the adjuster? How tight do i need to turn the "bolt" on the LCA's?
