hmm...when you went to recrank it did you pull the key all the way out? cause my oil light is doing the same thing, what i did was stick the key in turn the ignition on then turn it back off and take the key out then turn it on and the light goies away...i think it maybe be a fuse or a sensor!! youll have more replies...they shoudl tell ya...ask shoebox he is LT1 GOD!!

sounds like your low oil sensor is out. Mine went out and when you would start the car the light would come on, but if you shut it off and restarted it the light would stay out. i put a resistor in sensor to keep the light off until i pulled the motor then i put a new one in.

I have heard that if your 3rd brake light bulb burns out it will cause the ABS Inop light to come on. It's worth checking.

9 times out of 10 when the ABS inop light comes on in a 4th gen f-body it means the abs pump is bad. get it diagnosed

same exact thing happened to me, and i said, well lemme change the oil, and see if it helps...

come to see the plastic holding things broke off, and the sensor was hanging... so it wasnt plugged in, so happy for an easy fix
